Todd Lukas has over 35 years of experience in new construction and renovation projects of all building types, including commercial, luxury residential, educational,  manufacturing, power generation, chemical and institutional.  Whether it was the historic renovations at 30 Rockefeller Plaza or the precision demolition of Con Edison Chimneys in the heart of Manhattan, Todd applies the Hands-On construction experience of his youth with a facility in language crafted at Rutgers University to design and implement construction management for our most complex projects.
